30 Day Parts Return Form    Please use this form to return parts to us. This form may be used within 30 days of invoice date. During that time there is no need to contact us for prior approval on returns. After 30 days parts may be returned on the annual parts return program only. Parts sent to us after 30 days will be returned to dealer at their expense.

Action Required:

  • Simply fill out the form below and print it by using your browser's print option. Use a printed copy as your packing slip when returning the parts. The Invoice or Ticket# field must be filled in.

  • Do not use this form to return whole goods (equipment, catchers, attachments etc.), or for warranty claims.

  • Cost of shipping to return item(s) will be reimbursed only if EDM error. A 15% re-stocking charge will be applied unless EDM error.

  • EDM is not responsible for order entry errors on orders given to us verbally.
